Our History
1989
Petroleum Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Mr. Ralph Meier, as a niche construction company specializing in the construction of gas stations and convenience stores.
1994
Petroleum Engineering Inc. moved the office to 12 Williams Way, Bellingham MA.
2024
Moises Dias and Tobias Pawlak-Silva acquired Ownership aiming to improve and expand while maintaining the company's core values.
2025
Petroleum Engineering Inc. was renamed PEI Contractors, to enhance the additional services of Sitework and Roadwork.

PEI Contractors is centrally located in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Our location allows us to service areas including, but not limited to: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
